ANA Detect ELISA is an indirect solid phase enzyme immunoassay (ELISA) for the detection of antinuclear antibodies (ANAs) in human serum. Specifically purified autoantigens SSA52 (Ro 52), SSA60 (Ro 60), SSB (La), RNP/Sm, RNP70 Kd, RNPA, RNPC, SmBB´, SmD, SmE, SmF, SmG, Scl70, Jo1, dsDNA, ssDNA, polynucleosomes, mononucleosomes, Histonecomplex, Histone H1, Histone H2A, Histone H2B, Histone H3, Histone H4, PMScl100, Centromere B are coated onto the microwells of a 96well microplate which can be divided into 12 modules of 8 wells each.
