Assay Information
This mouse IgG Isotyping Enzyme Immunometric Assay (EIA) kit is a 2b complete kit for the determintation of mouse IgG in Tissue CultureMedia and serum. 2b Please read the complete kit insert before performing this assay. The kit uses a polyclonal antibody to mouse IgG immobilized on a microtiter plate to bind the mouse IgG in the standards or sample. A mouse IgG Standard is provided in the kit. After a simultaneous incubation with a polyclonal 2b antibody to antimouse IgG conjugated to Horseradish peroxidase, which binds to the mouse IgG 2b captured on the plate, the excess reagents are washed out and substrate is added. After a short incubation, the enzyme reaction is stopped and the color generated is read at 450 nm. The measured optical density is directly proportional to the concentration of mouse IgG in either standards or 2b samples.

ELISA Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays Code 90320007 SNOMED,MouseĀ orĀ mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
